The Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee advises the City Council, Planning Commission, and Parks and Recreation Commission regarding the City’s Bicycle/Pedestrian Master Plan, including suggesting circulation system improvements and programs to encourage cycling and walking as a means of transportation and recreation.
