Open Space Element of the General Plan
The Half Moon Bay City Council held a Public Hearing on May 4, 2004, to consider the Planning Commission-Recommended Revised Draft Open Space Element (OSE), Implementation Program and Appendices that have been in development since May 2001. The Council also discussed the Initial Study/Negative Declaration and Response to Comments on the Draft OSE.
The Council determined to integrate further action on the Open Space Element with the presently ongoing Local Coastal Program Update.
