2.                  Municipal Code Section 1.16.090 appeal of Notice of Violation or Other Enforcement Action – Appeal by Patricia H. and Paul V. Bail of Notice of Violation for development without a required Coastal Development Permit and Biological Report in an R-1/B-1 (Single Family Residential) District at their property located at Alameda Avenue – vacant lot (APN 048-095-080).
