            1.         Municipal Code Section 1.16.090 Appeal of Notice of Violation or Other Enforcement Action – Appeal by William D. Marshal and Lynda A. Dubas                                 of Notice of Violation for garage conversion at their property located at 2036 Touraine Lane (APN 048-381-180).

 

            2.         Municipal Code Section 1.16.090 Appeal of NOV or Other Enforcement Action – Appeal by Bruce C. and Nancy A. Turner of Notice Administrative               Citation for commercial activity in a U-R             (Urban Reserve) District including persons working on site and outdoor storage at the property located at                   990 Cabrillo Highway (APN 048-270-010).   Please note:  Staff has received a request for continuance of this item.

 

 

III.         ACTION ITEM:

 

            Staff request for direction from the Hearing Body regarding appellant requests for continuances.
