HEARING ITEMS:
PDP-018-07 - Coastal Development Permit for construction of a new
two-story, single-family residence on a vacant standard size lot located in an
R-1 Zoning District. The proposal also
includes road extension for approximately 150 feet. A biological report was prepared for the
project per Chapter 18.38 of the Zoning Code.
