Right of Appeal:  Any aggrieved person may appeal an ARC decision to the Planning Commission of the City of Half Moon Bay.  An appeal must be filed with the City of Half Moon Bay within seven (7) working days of an ARC action.  Continued Item #2 and New Item #1 are in the Coastal Appeal Zone and any final local action can be appealed to the California Coastal Commission.  Continued Item #1 and New Items #2 and #3 are not in the Coastal Appeal Zone.
