This Agenda contains a brief description of each item to be considered. Those wishing to address the City Council on any matter not listed on the Agenda, but within the jurisdiction of the City Council to resolve, may come forward to the podium during the Oral Communication portion of the Agenda and will have a maximum of three minutes to discuss their item. Those wishing to speak on a Public Hearing matter will be called forward at the appropriate time during the Public Hearing consideration.

Copies of written documentation relating to each item of business on the Agenda are on file in the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall and the Half Moon Bay Library where they are available for public inspection. PUBLIC FORUM Anyone wishing to address the City Council on any matter not listed on the Agenda, but within the jurisdiction of the City Council to resolve, may step to the podium and state his/her name and address for the record. Speakers are allowed three minutes. California law prevents the City Council from taking any action on any item not on the Agenda (with certain exceptions) and it is probable your problem or question will be referred to Staff for investigation and report at a later date.
UPDATE ON BEACHWOOD SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
CONSENT CALENDAR Notice to the Public: All matters under the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items, unless a Councilmember, the City Manager or the Public requests that particular item(s) be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately. THOSE ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR WILL BE DISCUSSED AT THE END OF THE AGENDA. A motion to approve the CONSENT CALENDAR should include a reading of the title to any Ordinances that are being adopted.

Police	Resolution		Amend the Master Traffic Resolution #C-9-83 allowing for golf carts and other slow speed vehicles to operate on Miramontes Point Road, West of State Route 1 (Cabrillo Highway), during daylight hours for golf course maintenance and special events at the Half Moon Bay Golf Links.
